We work with small businesses in Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands and across greater Houston, close enough to understand your market, your pace and your priorities.
LB3 Tech didn't start in an office. It started in a college dorm room, as a way to help pay for tuition: Larry Bahr and his friend Joe Courtney liked building things, and local businesses needed websites.
The first client was a small business owner who didn't want an agency. They wanted someone they could text, someone they trusted to get it right and to still be there afterwards. That is still the whole idea. The business has grown, the tools have changed, and the thing people hire us for hasn't.
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

We do what we say, every time. No hidden fees, no surprises, just honest work.
Good enough isn’t in our vocabulary. Every project gets our full attention.
Your success is the point. We build relationships, not just websites.
Our mission is to build high-quality, worry-free websites that let businesses thrive online without being bogged down by technology: secure, fast sites backed by automated monitoring and responsive support, so you get peace of mind and more time for the work that matters to you.
Larry has been a Christ follower for over twenty years and has been building web software for more than a decade, from small-business websites to AI tools and server infrastructure. The work he likes best is helping non-technical business owners get the tools they need, without the jargon or the hassle.
“I believe great websites come from listening well, building with care, and doing everything as if it matters, because it does.”
