How long does a website take?
Most sites launch in a few weeks from the first conversation. When there is a deadline we have delivered complete sites in under a week; when content is still being gathered it takes longer, and we will tell you where the time is going.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You approve designs and copy; we handle domains, hosting, certificates, updates and monitoring. If something needs your attention we explain it in plain language and tell you exactly what to do.
What happens after launch?
The site keeps getting looked after. Updates, security patches, performance tuning and content changes are part of the ongoing service, not a new project each time.
What does monitoring actually do?
Automated checks run around the clock on uptime, response time, certificates and security. When something drifts we are alerted and fix it, usually before anyone visiting the site notices.
Can you write the content?
Yes. Many clients come to us with a business and no words. We write clear, specific, search-friendly copy and gather photos and details, so all you need to do is approve it.
Who will I be talking to?
The person who builds your site. There is no account manager between you and your developer, and you can reach us by phone, text or email.
